In the table proposed, you need to select the check-in date and room category of your interest, and then click the button «Make an order». Next, you need to fill in the proposed fields.
Payment is made only in Belarusian rubles.
You can once again check all the data in the «booking form» and then click the «Continue» button. Next, information about a customer and the rest hotel guests is entered.
You will be asked to pay for your accommodation after the order confirmation. Payment is made through the electronic payment provider ASSIST using plastic cards Visa, MasterCard, BELKART. You will be redirected to the server of the ASSIST payment system providing payment security. The online credit card payment transaction is completely confidential and secure. Your personal data and card details are entered not on the page of our website, but on the authorization page of the payment system. Access to them is carried out using the secure data transmission protocol (TLS), and Internet payment technologies such as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureСode are also applied.
Payment is carried out in full (100%). You will automatically receive a notification in your mailbox upon successful payment. It is necessary to save the received card checks (payment confirmation) for reconciliation with an extract from the card account in order to confirm the transactions (in case of a dispute) after making a payment using a bank card.
Payment by multiple transactions using one or more bank plastic cards is prohibited.
Please note that no additional fees are charged for transferring money from a card account. Please check with the bank in which you have a card account for possible fees for the conversion of one currency to another and for transactions with a card account.
If you cannot pay right now for some reasons, then you need to cancel the order and use another order form on our website.

Since we receive the payment, a voucher will be sent to you by e-mail, which will be a guarantee of a room booked for you. Payment receipt may be requested on the day of arrival if necessary.
Your booking will be deleted from the system if payment is not received within 3 days.

Public Offer Agreement
This agreement is a public offer. A user independently and directly enters into a contractual relationship with the Unitary Enterprise «Hotel complex «Orbita» (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel) when booking a room on the conditions presented on the Hotel’s website. The agreement is considered to be concluded from the date when a user has made a reservation on the website. A User (hereinafter referred to as the Guest), making a reservation, accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The hotel reserves the right to amend this agreement, wherefore the Guest accepts an updated or amended agreement valid at the time of booking, when making a reservation and making payment.
Booking types and payment terms:
Non-guaranteed booking offers the reservation of rooms until 19:00 of the check-in date. Legal entities fill out an application on letterhead with the signature of an authorized person and send it by fax: +375172022658 or by e-mail: info@orbita-hotel.com.
Guaranteed booking saves the reservation on the room for the entire period specified at booking for 1 day until 12.00.
Attention! In case of no-show or cancellation of the booking less than 24 hours prior to check-in, the Hotel will charge a penalty of 100% of the cost for 1-night stay and cancel the booking. Free cancellation of booking is not possible for non-refundable rates!

Individuals fill out an online booking form on the Hotel’s website. Main fields are filled and payment is made in an application.
Please, after making a payment by credit card, save the received card checks (payment confirmation) for reconciliation with the extract from the card account in order to confirm the transaction in case of a dispute.
Cancellation of booking:
The Guest accepts and agrees with the cancellation procedure and conditions applicable in case of no-show of the Guest by making a reservation at the Hotel.
Please note that some tariffs and special offers are not subject to cancellation and change and will be non-refundable!
Refund is carried out on time to the card with which the payment was made when canceling a reservation on the official website www.orbita-hotel.com.
Penalty of 4% of the amount of the canceled order is charged for the cancellation of an order (full or partial).
The Hotel has the right to impose penalties on the Guest in accordance with the conditions (promotions and special offers) of the agreement in case of late cancellation of the order or no-show of the Guest.
The Hotel is not responsible for cancellations made in oral form.
In the event of a refund, the actual transfer of funds to the Guest’s bank card account may take up to 30 days, depending on the terms and conditions, interbank processing centers and banks involved in this transaction. Returns are made to the same card with which payment was made!
